This will be short, because I've literally only been to Toronto, and only for a work trip. I adored the city- it's more diverse than New York, cleaner, the people seem slightly nicer, (at least there's less honking and more eye-contact, in my experience,) and still has that magical city buzz about it. Full disclosure that I'm told visiting in the winter or colder months is a totally different experience. I went in the summer and it was gorgeous out.

Here's what I recommend in Toronto:

1) Mosey through graffiti alley and practice your iPhone photography skills.

2) Head to the top of the CN Tower for an unparalleled 360 view of the city. Freak yourself out by standing on the glass floor.

3) Eat at Stelvio or any of the many restaurants downtown and people watch the passerbys.
